For all remaining matches:

Volleyballs and Game Balls

Teams are expected to bring their own volleyballs for warm-ups.

We will provide a game ball for each court.

Team Officiating Assignments

For each assigned officiating responsibility, teams must provide:

  • One second referee, or R2

  • Two line judges

  • One scorekeeper

  • One libero tracker

  • One person to operate the flip scoreboard

We ask coaches to serve as the R2 whenever possible. When a player serves as the R2, please make sure the player understands the position and can perform the responsibilities competently.

Lineup sheets should be available at the scorer’s table.

Please carefully review your team’s playing and officiating assignments before leaving the facility. This is especially important during bracket play. Teams should anticipate that the losing team may be required to officiate the next match on the same court.

Teams participating in bracket play should expect to play at least two bracket matches.

Food and Drink

Food and drinks will be available for purchase in the Sportsdome restaurant and bar area. Food trucks will also be available in the parking lot. No outside food or drink will be allowed.

Please remind players and families to follow all Sportsdome food and drink policies, particularly in the court and gym-floor areas.

*Tailgating option - Make the most of tournament day with a designated tailgating space at the Sportsdome! Spaces are available for $150 per day. See online for more information.

  • For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, outdoor grills, barbecues, open flames, and glass products are not permitted.

  • Please keep your area clean and dispose of all trash before leaving.

  • Teams may pick up their tailgating pass beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4. The pass must be secured with the provided zip tie and displayed where it is clearly visible to Sportsdome staff. Vehicles without a visible tailgating pass will be asked to move to a regular parking space.

A limited amount of basic first-aid supplies will also be available at the tournament desk.
